Our three-room apartment is 75 sqm and is located in Upplands-Bro. The building is new, and was built in 2022. We were the first to rent the apartment so it's well reserved (no kids, no pets)!  Perfect for family and kids. 
There is a balcony as well as storage room within the apartment. As you enter the apartment is a big and long hall with 6 wardrobes, continue to the big bedroom which has also 6 more wardrobes, wc, storage room, a smaller room which can have a semi double bed and a desk, and last is the huge single living room and the kitchen. Their view is the forest! 
ALL the electrical devices such as washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, kitchen range hood, fridge and freezer, microwave are included in the apartment. The rent is around 12.000 from 2025 and ALL are included in this (heat, water, internet, electricity). 
Within 10' there is Willys, Jysk, NordicWellness  gym, DollarStore, PostNord and soon gonna open a new shopping center with Normal, Lidl, Rusta, Stadium, Apotek.
Next to the apartment there is a preschool and elementary school. 
Our wish is to move to a smaller two-room apartment minimum 55 sqm.
