Apartment Details:

Layout: The apartment has east, south, and west-facing windows so every single room (except the half-bathroom) receives lots of natural light.
This generously-sized apartment features separate living, and kitchen/dining areas, providing space for both relaxation and entertaining. The large living room boasts abundant light from the east and south which opens to the balcony. There are wood floors throughout, a fully tiled bathroom, and tile floor in the wc.

Kitchen: The galley style kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator and a full sized freezer, with a cozy dining nook- perfect for a small office (which we have previously used it for) and lots of cabinet storage. We have had a half-dishwasher installed (and there is space for a full dishwasher if so desired).

Bedrooms: With one primary bedroom and two smaller, equally-sized other rooms, you'll have the flexibility to create a comfortable living space for your family.
The primary bedroom has generous, deep storage along an entire wall, more space than you can imagine!

Bathrooms: Enjoy a soothing bathtub and good water pressure in the shower, even a large window that fills the space with evening sun. A smaller, guest bathroom sits at the entryway and adds extra convenience. The larger bathroom offers the option of installing a small washer, which we were told a previous tenant has done, but we don't have one set up.

Balcony: we have a south-facing balcony and soaking in the sun all day and double doors which bring lots of fresh air and space to the living room in the warmer months.

Other: A convenient walk-in closet in the hallway as well as a second storage space which we use for cleaning supplies.
The entry hosts a large storage space as well as a closet for coats and shoes.
There is a spacious private storage room downstairs, as well as a large room for bikes and prams.

Parking: On-site parking spaces and garages are available for rent at between 450kr-950kr/monthly - we currently have a garage which could be overtaken by a new tenant.

Community Facilities: Stay active in the small community fitness room and sauna, and make use of the multiple spacious community laundry facilities. An additional "byttis" room is open weekly on a volunteer basis to exchange nice items with your neighbors.

Nature: The real magic of living near beautiful forests and enjoying nature at its finest along the Sörmlandsleden Trail. Take leisurely walks or hikes in the serene surroundings, such as Saltåby and Ytterjärna. There are always activities and events hosted by the community so there is plenty to do and/or be involved in. Many artists make their home in Järna, and there is a good round community full of lots of different folks.

Convenience: This location offers easy access to public transportation options, grocery stores, restaurants, and schools, making daily life convenient and stress-free.

Note: the layout isn't exactly right, but it's the one we officially have from VictoriaHem! It is mirrored and has minor differences (in case you're trying to piece it together in your mind!). The only room not pictured is the primary bedroom which sits at the end of the hall on the left of the main bathroom.
