Beautiful open-plan apartment, very close to Marabouparken in a charming close-knit community. The apartment is facing south west which makes it bright and airy throughout the day. The building was finished in 2021.

With 2 bedrooms and a generous walking closet space that you can use as a small room or home-office. 3.5 or 4:a depending on your needs!

There is underground parking available upon agreement with the landlord. The kitchen is spacious and ideal for sharing a warming meal with the whole family (can fit 6-8 sitter dinning table). Or in our case we added a kitchen island for more prepping space.

The apartment has an additional underground storage, bike room and pram room.

We love the apartment and the neighbourhood, very friendly neighbors and great for kids and dogs!
