!!! IMPORTANT: You need to be between 18 and 35 years old to sign the renting agreement. Once signed you can live in the apartment as long as you want.

The apartment is located in a newly constructed building, completed in early 2023.
We have been the sole occupants since moving in January 2023.
- Size: The apartment is 45 square meters, boasting a modern and efficient layout.
- Rooms: It features two rooms, including a spacious living area and a bedroom.
- Closet Room: There is also a generous closet room, which I have used as an office
space, perfect for working from home.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with a built-in freezer and a stove with an oven. The kitchen furniture is included with the flat. We have also installed a dishwasher, and we are open to discussing its sale along with any other furniture if desired. Additionally, the kitchen features a French balcony.
- Bathroom: The bathroom includes a washing machine with built-in dryer for your convenience.
- Amenities: The building includes two underground biking lots for secure bicycle storage, a common terrace on the roof of the next building (you will have access to it), and BBQ station in the garden for enjoying outdoor meals and gatherings.

The apartment is situated in Rosendal, one of the most desirable and peaceful neighbourhoods in Uppsala.
This area offers a harmonious blend of urban convenience and natural beauty.

The only reason we are looking to swap this wonderful apartment is due to a new job opportunity in Stockholm. We love living here and believe it will be a delightful home for someone looking for a place in Uppsala. In return, we are seeking an exchange in Stockholm.
